Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AdminXO ("AdminXO", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the AdminXO web panel at adminxo.com, the AdminXO agent software you install on your servers, and any related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, installing the agent or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

2. The Service

AdminXO is a hosted control panel for monitoring and securing Linux servers. Through a lightweight agent that you install, the Service collects system metrics, open ports, firewall state, SSH login activity, process and container information and security audit results, and lets you run administrative actions (for example closing ports, enabling the firewall, banning IP addresses, managing SSH keys and opening a terminal session) on your own servers.

The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We may also introduce paid plans in the future; existing free functionality will not be moved behind a paywall without reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Because the Service can execute privileged commands on your servers, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

4. Your servers and the agent

You may only connect servers that you own or are explicitly authorised to administer. Installing the agent gives the Service root-level access to that server for the purposes described above. You are solely responsible for deciding which servers to connect and which actions to run.

The agent communicates with the panel only through outbound HTTPS/WebSocket connections and does not open inbound ports. You may remove the agent at any time by running the uninstall command shown in the panel; removing the agent stops all data collection from that server.

Actions triggered from the panel (such as firewall changes, SSH configuration changes or process termination) take effect immediately on your server. Although the Service includes safeguards such as never closing the SSH port and rolling back firewall changes that break Docker connectivity, you acknowledge that misconfiguration can lead to loss of access or downtime, and you agree to keep independent access (for example a provider console) to your servers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to access, monitor or control any system that you are not authorised to administer;
• use the Service to attack, scan, disrupt or overload third-party systems, or to distribute malware;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ accounts or servers, or the infrastructure that hosts the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or offer the Service as a competing hosted product without our written permission;
• automate account creation, circumvent rate limits or bot verification, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

6. Data and content

You retain all rights to the data collected from your servers ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Data and we do not use it for advertising.

Details about what is collected, how long it is retained and how it is protected are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the panel, the agent, the AdminXO name and logo, is owned by AdminXO and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no licence is granted.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, outages at our hosting or network providers, or factors outside our control may cause interruptions.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give advance notice of discontinuation so you can remove the agent from your servers.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND SECURITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT EVERY ATTACK, VULNERABILITY OR MISCONFIGURATION, OR THAT ANY ACTION IT PERFORMS WILL BE APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR ENVIRONMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADMINXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OR AVAILABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdminXO and its operators from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, the servers you connect, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the agent from your servers and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination your right to use the Service ends. We will delete or anonymise Your Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Sections 6, 7 and 9 to 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. For material changes we will give notice in the panel or by e-mail. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
